Design for education
While I have not worked specifically as a learning experience designer, I have extensive experience designing for education, having worked as a designer for 5 years at a foreign language institute.
Approach
I believe that design principles and methodologies are universal and applicable to most, if not all mediums. It’s all about problem-solving and understanding the project, client and user needs.
Multi-
discipline
Language instruction videos, AR games, PDFs, audio podcasts, educational social media content, student lightning talks; I’ve worked across different disciplines, designing for a single purpose: to aid learning.
Can-do attitude
When tasked with something unfamiliar, I research, do the homework, roll up my sleeves and get stuck in. I have learnt many things this way and it pushes me to grow as a designer and person.
